  1. Click on the link sent to your phone via SMS or email received, and follow the instructions to register.

    OR

  2. Go to our website (www.umvuzohealth.co.za), click on the Virtual Annual General Meeting button and follow the instructions to register.


HOW TO
REGISTER


Please click on the REGISTER button below, answer the questions and an email will be sent to you with your credentials.



After registration, you will be sent a username, password and MEETING ID. This will then enable you to log into the site and attend the meeting on the 11th of June 2021 at 12:00.

PRE-
VOTING


You are encouraged to cast your votes from Monday 7th June at 08:00 until Thursday 10th June at 23:59, by using the username and password sent to you via email after successful registration.

You will need these login credentials to access the pre-voting platform. Please follow the instructions below:

  • Click on the PRE-VOTE button
  • Enter the Meeting ID: 166-714-140
  • Select "I am a Member"
  • Enter the USERNAME and PASSWORD you received in your confirmation of registration email
In order to use the pre-voting facility, you must log in and cast your pre-votes by following the on-screen prompts, which have been detailed below:

Once the voting has opened, the polling icon will appear on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. From here, the resolutions and voting choices will be displayed.

To vote, simply select your voting direction from the options shown onscreen. A confirmation message will appear to show that your vote has been received.

To change your vote, simply select another direction. If you wish to cancel your vote, please press Cancel.
