ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

As South Africa slowly embraces normality after the last two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to announce that UMVUZO HEALTH will this year host an in-person Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This year’s AGM will be held on Friday, 24 June 2022
at Southern Sun in Pretoria, Gauteng.

This year’s AGM will be held on Friday, 24 June 2022 at Southern Sun in Pretoria, Gauteng. The AGM agenda will be distributed prior to the meeting in due course and according to the Scheme Rules. Voting on the business of the Scheme will be conducted in person at the meeting.

This year will be an elective AGM and members can cast their votes for their preferred Board of Trustee members between 10:00am and 14:00pm on the day of the AGM at the venue. Members must ensure to have with them their membership cards and/or identity documents for verification purposes.
